Exam...exams....exams......

Stepping into RCSI is like stepping back into SMKDU.
Why? BECAUSE both of them do not have proper sports facilites. Well, RCSI has a huge sports ground but it is 45 mins bus ride away, near Dublin airport.

This is our multipurpose court. Similar to what we have back in SMDU huh?
Futsal, Basketball, Badminton, Netball, Volleyball, all in one.

In Archery, there are Barebow and Recurve. Barebow is a bow without a sight and recurve is with a sight on it. As for the target, Yellow- 10 & 9 Pts, Red- 8 & 7 Pts, Blue- 6 & 5 Pts, Black- 4 & 3 Pts, White- 2 & 1 Pt

As for a normal bow, there's riser, limbs, bow string, stabilizer and sight.
See the bow I am holding, the long black thing is a stabilizer/centralizer. It's not just one long thing ok.....it adds weight to your bow. So the main purpose is to keep your bow as steady as possible when you're holding it up. And yes, that is the simplest version of a stabilizer..wait till u see a heavier version.

Reinold, Richard, Zul.
Reinold is our Captain and his set of bow and arrows cost about 200 Euros. He has the heavier version of stabilizer that I was talking about.

So, we had our Intra-club competition last week and here are few of the winners...

Wanlin-Most Improved Award with the most bruises on her hand due to the tension of the bow string. Archery is a dangerous activity you know....
