Get-used.
After spending two weeks in the hospital, things start to change.
People start skipping classes, not wearing the proper attire whenever we have 2 hours or less lecture a day and eating in the lecture theatre.
Typical medical students who always go against the rules :)
That's a picture of Canada Water in London.
And that's a picture of Big Ben and the Eye of London.Oh, and just a note to any medical students who's planning to visit London, do pay a visit to King's College London's Museum. 4 storeys of pathological specimens.
And that's me.In front of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
The small prestigious building which charges 5 years programme students at least an Euro 43000 an academic year.
hehe....luckily, there's PMC twinning programme. Otherwise, someone would kill me. We know who :P

Intermediate Cycle.
Things started off pretty hectic for us in Beaumont Hospital. Travelling takes up more time than I thought it would be.
Anyway, to make things short, the whole journey started off like this.....
After tasting Beaumont Hospital for only 3 days, I realized how 24 hours can zoom pass you just like *snaps fingers* that! Our days begin as early as 8.30am, the latest, 10am. The bus ride takes a nauseating 20 minutes which is pretty decent since I never did like buses. In the morning it's quiet, peaceful and dull, stuffy too cause no one bothers to open up the windows. We strut into the lecture theatre and sit ourselves comfortably only to listen to doctors and lecturers who are always rushing through their slides, as though we're not worth their time. Some of us scribble frantically to catch up with the lecturer, some of us just couldn't be bothered.
We look forward to 1.15pm, when most of our lectures for the first half of the day ends. HOWEVER, the canteen can only be utilized by us from 1.30pm to 2.00pm. The canteen is about 5 minutes walk,.........
I took that off from Yiping's. With her permission, of course :) Plagiarism is a crime. Visit her blog if you're still interested in finishing it.
Come, lets rewind time.
After the final semester of our Junior Cycle, London was the only place I was looking forward to after exams. Not even Malaysia :)
Here are just some of the pics from my camera. CLick to enlarge, I am lazy to use photobucket already.
I think I was quite fortunate / unfortunate to be in London when it snowed like crazy. Stayed in the worst hit area which interrupted my plan to visit the British Museum.
It was about 7 inches thick of snow. Just imagine it, in less than 12 hours.
The famous Mathematical Bridge designed and built by him. By the way, it's in Cambridge. I visited Guang Yu and Shermayne. Ate the not-so-nice fish and chips in the cafe which Watson and Crick drafted their DNA structure on a napkin.

For those secondary/college students, Cambridge is a superb place to study. It is beautiful with friendly people, no time for pubs/clubs and also, lots of hard work.
Intermediate Cycle is just making me lazy to update and play around with editing pictures anymore.
